NASA has programs to land over the Moon once again in 2024 and build a Moon foundation following that.

What is the annals of programs to build a base on the Moon and what are all the problems involved?

Where should the base be built and what will be do after we have long-term habitation on the Moon?

There are several ideas and a lot of issues to consider.

My hope would be that the reader will learn about all the issues important to creating a Moon Foundation to better know very well what will be needed.
