In the far future, the physician, Rose and Captain Jack find a world which fiction has been outlawed. A world where it’s a crime to tell tales, a crime to lie, a criminal offense to wish, and a criminal offense to dream. However now someone is challenging the position quo. A pirate Television station urges people to fight. And the Doctor really wants to help until he sees how easily dreams can turn into nightmares.
