Costs Wilson (1895 – 1971), also called Bill W., was the co-founder of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), a group dedicated to helping alcoholics break their habit. AA provides over two million people belonging to 100k sets of alcoholics helping other alcoholics obtain and keep maintaining sobriety. In 1999 Time detailed him as “Expenses W.: The Healer” in enough time 100: THE MAIN People of the Century.
