As she investigates the criminal offense, Holly shortly realizes the sleepy city can be rife with secrets. But what unsettles her most may be the occupants’ about Dangerous Waters insistence that she bears a striking resemblance towards the victim of a murder from three decades previous. She shrugs from the uncanny likeness as a coincidence. But her simmering appeal to Finn Carver, one of the divers who found out the corpse, isn’t so easy to ignore.
