A product of his previous, Black spends fifty percent his time saving lives and the spouse taking them. Each day, a difficult choice must be made and he’s the person to make it. Long ago, he vowed never to love once again; one-night stands with a prepared body was all he ever required. But along emerged Quill, and Black’s lifestyle is irrevocably changed. He never expects something as simple as Quill’s persistence to alter the way he not merely sees the globe, but how he lives it.
