Rather than experiencing newlywed bliss, Meredith and Luke Stoltzfus are confronted with the greatest problem of their young lives. When Luke Stoltzfus manages to lose his job at a home furniture store in Lancaster Country, Pennsylvania, he’s given an opportunity to learn a new trade from his uncle who lives in Indiana. Despite his wife’s reservations, Luke jumps at the chance to make plans for a quick visit to Middlebury. Along the way, Luke meets with tragedy, and lifestyle as he understood will never be the same.
