In this free publication, Alex Sidorenko and Elena Demidenko discuss practical actions risk managers may take to integrate risk administration into decision producing and core business functions. Based on our study as well as the interviews, we have summarised fifteen useful ideas on how best to improve the integration of risk administration into the daily life of the organisation. We were holding grouped into three advanced objectives: get risk culture, help integrate risk management into business and become a trusted advisor.
