Michael has just moved right into a new community, hoping the fact that seclusion will give him motivation for a fresh novel. He’s just experienced one bestseller in the last five years and he seems that this new locale will give him that spark that he continues to be lacking. He notices right away that the neighbors are very friendly and one specifically has captured his attention. An African American cougar, who he can see is actually having some difficulties with her relationship. He’s befriended by her and discovers her not only to be gorgeous and sexy, but also a great conversationalist.
