Meg Langslow and her partner, Michael, are trying to find some intimate alone period. She knows an ideal place for a private getaway: her aunt’s cottage for the small island of Monhegan. However when a series of events leads to the couple being stuck in the cottage with her whole family, their private getaway vacation slowly turns into a disaster. Meg doesn’t think any other thing more could go wrong until a citizen of the isle with close ties to her mom is normally murdered. When her dad becomes the chief suspect, she knows she can’t sit from the cozy fire place. Within a dash to save her father and her weekend, Meg discovers herself knee deep in murder once more.
