Steigan, the initial knight in one thousand years to trip a unicorn, wants to demonstrate he’s worth his placement. After being sent out to locate murderous bandits, he encounters a lone female in the forest and he gets used by the ancient rites she chants. Her haunting words start him on his mission: find three marvelous books to save lots of the world.

But when Steigan sees himself accused of treason, he must search the catacombs and the fallen kingdom of Lilinar to get the legendary books.

A young man that has struggled all his life to prove himself discovers he alone has the power to save his world or shatter it. He must overcome his own demons or become left wielding the very magic he’s sworn to annihilate.
