When two grotesquely deformed skeletons are found deep in the mud from the Manhattan shoreline, museum curator Margo Green is named in to aid the analysis. Margo must once again synergy with law enforcement lieutenant D’Agosta and FBI agent Pendergast, aswell as the excellent Dr. Frock, to solve the puzzle.
