All her life, Annie Prideaux has suffered through her brother’s constant practical jokes. But Jake’s last joke is one way too many, she chooses when he units her through to a blind time with his friend Drew-neglecting to inform his straight sister one small detail: her time is not a man, but a lesbian.

Initially, they have nothing at all in common. Disillusioned with love, Annie targets books, her kitty, and her work as an accountant while Drew, more confident and outgoing, is the owner of a puppy and spends most of her time employed in her beloved vineyard.
