By most people’s specifications I’d say I’ve had a pretty great career. I’ve reached the very best of the ‘ladder’ and been fortunate to experienced a damned good existence. But at what price?

At the expense of who I must say i was.

I played the business enterprise game for a long time, where the guidelines were collection by guys for men. I had been tough and intense. I put in extended hours, was competitive and resilient. But I suppressed my natural about Work Just like a Girl: A Manifesto For Change energy, level of sensitivity and instinct. I worked such as this until I couldn’t any more. And then I changed.

My team and I rebuilt my business within the beliefs that matter: cooperation, empathy, instinct and trust. Ideals not always connected with command or earning, but which have made each one of us feel great.

Now I want to share what I’ve discovered through my own experiences, and am still learning, to change how you work so that woman energy and power will be observed as the most valuable currency in the current new world of work.
